Revamped Flow Automation Builder

We’ve completely rebuilt how you create automated reports and data pipelines. The new builder is cleaner, faster, and easier to use.

What’s improved:

  • Simpler interface — A cleaner layout that makes it easier to see your entire automation at a glance
  • Faster previews — See the results of each step instantly as you build
  • Better data transformation — The new Transform block got a complete refresh with easier column management
  • Consistent experience — The builder now works the same way whether you’re building a flow automation or editing a board

Your existing flow automations continue to work exactly as before. New flows will adopt the new functionality.

Celeste AI Gets Smarter

Our AI assistant received significant upgrades this month, making it even easier to build reports with plain English.

What’s improved:

  • Build a flowCeleste now creates flows by asking a simple prompt
  • Faster responses — Celeste responds more quickly and handles complex requests more reliably

Just describe what you want — “Create a weekly sales report by region” — and Celeste handles the rest.

Automatic Duplicate Removal

Duplicate records are one of the most common data quality headaches. Starting this month, Go Fig automatically removes duplicates when your data refreshes.

How it helps:

  • Clean data automatically — When data syncs from QuickBooks, Google Ads, Dialpad, and other sources, duplicates are removed automatically
  • Accurate counts — Your row counts now reflect unique records, not duplicates
  • No action needed — This happens automatically on every refresh. Your existing data will be cleaned on the next sync.

No more manually hunting for and removing duplicate entries.

Charts in Email Reports

Automated email notifications just got a lot more useful. You can now include charts directly in your emails.

What’s new:

  • Visual reports in your inbox — Charts render directly in the email, so recipients see your data without clicking through to Go Fig
  • Works everywhere — Charts display correctly across all major email clients

Set up a scheduled automation, add an email step with a chart, and your team gets beautiful reports delivered to their inbox.

Azure SQL Support

For customers using their own data warehouse infrastructure, you can now connect Azure SQL data warehouses.

What’s included:

  • Full automation support — Run your Flow automations against data in your Azure SQL warehouse
  • Automatic routing — Go Fig detects where your data lives and handles the connection automatically
  • Combine sources — Build reports that pull from both Go Fig and your warehouse in a single view
