What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI credits measure your usage of <a href='/celeste'>Celeste</a>, our AI analyst. Data syncs, flows, and exports are unlimited—credits only apply to AI features like natural language queries, board generation, and automated insights. Most customers use far fewer credits than their plan includes.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
When you use all your monthly credits, AI features continue at reduced quality using our fastest model—but all non-AI features (data syncs, flows, exports) keep working normally. Unused credits roll over month-to-month, up to 2x your plan limit. You can also upgrade your credit package anytime.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We'll prorate your billing and help you transition smoothly to your new plan. Many customers start on Starter and upgrade to Growth when they want AI enrichment and proactive insights.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get all 12 months of credits delivered up front as a single pool. Use the toggle above to see annual rates.

All plans are SOC 2 Type II certified with multi-tenant data isolation. Starter ($129) is for individuals with 1 connector, 250 AI credits, 12-hour syncs, and 12-month lookback. Pro ($349) adds 5 connectors, unlimited users, 1,000 credits, hourly syncs, and 3-year lookback. Growth ($899) adds unlimited connectors, AI enrichment, proactive insights, custom agents, Zero Data Retention AI, 5,000 credits, hourly syncs, and all-time lookback. Enterprise adds 15-minute syncs, RBAC, custom integrations, and dedicated support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't lock you into long-term contracts.
