What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI credits measure your usage of Celeste, our AI analyst. Data syncs, workflows, and exports are unlimited—credits only apply to AI features like natural language queries, dashboard generation, and automated insights. Most customers use far fewer credits than their plan includes.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
You won't be cut off. Overage credits are billed at the end of the month at your tier's rate ($0.30/credit for Starter, $0.15 for Growth, $0.10 for Enterprise). We'll notify you at 50%, 75%, and 90% usage so there are no surprises.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We'll prorate your billing and help you transition smoothly to your new plan. Many customers start on Starter and upgrade to Growth when they want AI enrichment and proactive insights.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, we offer annual billing with a 20% discount on all plans. Use the toggle at the top of the pricing section to see annual rates. Enterprise customers can contact sales for additional volume discounts.
What data sources do you support?
We support 100+ data sources including QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, and many more. All plans include unlimited data syncs—connect as many sources as you need without per-row charges.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a personalized demo where you can see your actual data connected. This is more valuable than a generic trial because you'll see exactly how Go Fig works with your specific systems.
What's the difference between the plans?
Starter ($129) is for individuals with 1 connector and 250 AI credits. Pro ($349) adds 5 connectors, unlimited users, and 1,000 credits. Growth ($899) adds unlimited connectors, AI enrichment, proactive insights, custom agents, and 5,000 credits. Enterprise adds RBAC, SOC 2, custom integrations, and dedicated support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't lock you into long-term contracts.
